WE VALUE * Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred. * Experience with Global Design Model (GDM) or template-driven ERP deployments. * Strong ability to balance enterprise standardization with business needs. * Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving capability. * Experience in a projects-based or engineered-to-order business model preferred. Additional Role Considerations * This role requires flexibility in working hours to support global stakeholders and may require up to 25% travel. * Candidates with experience in a projects-based business environment are strongly preferred. * Up to 25% travel may be required, and may include international travel. ## Description This role leads the transition to S/4HANA, driving improvements in operational efficiency and business process performance across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing. Additionally, the incumbent will represent and advocate for ISC with related functions (eg. finance and project/business operations) to ensure efficient and effective integrated processes from end-to-end.
