We are looking for a passionate, driven person who wants to join our high energy and growing team to make a difference in customers' lives., * Lead and/or contribute to all technical aspects of the Salesforce projects using Salesforce Service or Health Cloud

 * Manage the development and deployment of new projects and enhancements involving Knowledge Base configuration, Workflow assignments, Service Cloud Voice, Agentforce and LWC
 * Ensure that work-products meet business requirements and goals
 * Provide detailed design and documentation of solutions for OOTB, and custom code
 * Work with blended business and IT development teams
