You will contribute throughout the software development lifecycle to deliver reliable technology solutions that support complaint processes across Bank, Life, Property and Casualty, and Member Relation, * Write code to deliver features, and improvements, on a regular basis, Investigates and resolve technical problems and production issues through troubleshooting techniques. * Continually improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures. * Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. * Follows the software development lifecycle. * Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
