You also must have experience in the use and maintenance of Microsoft Active Directory, knowledge of ICT including hardware and Microsoft Office packages., * Maths and English to GCSE grade 'C' or equivalent, * Excellent up to date knowledge of PC hardware * Excellent up to date knowledge of all Windows Desktop platforms in Windows 365, as well as an in depth knowledge of the MS Office Suite of products * Excellent ability to articulate and communicate effectively with all levels of Trust staff on technical and non-technical issues Desirable * Previous experience of a helpdesk or customer oriented environment including taking, logging and attending calls. The role includes the installation of end user hardware and software for the implementation of ICT systems as part of the regular refresh programme.
