 * Strong Python + Pytest
 * Experience testing REST and gRPC APIs
 * Good understanding of microservices / client-server architecture
 * Linux + Bash
 * Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD
 * Basic SQL
 * Experience with Kafka and/or Kibana
 * Ability to analyze backend service logs
 * Basic understanding of Machine Learning
 * Practical use of AI assistants in day-to-day engineering work
