You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions. Additionally, you will play a vital role in pre-sales activities, including bid opportunities, solution proposals, and client presentations., Design and Implementation: * Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning, HR Helpdesk and other HCM modules. * Conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with clients to understand their business processes and needs. * Configure/support configuration of the Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet client-specific requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Client Engagement: * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing expert guidance and support. * Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the functionalities and best practices of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud applications, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Pre-Sales and Bid Support: * Collaborate with the sales team to support new business opportunities and develop tailored HCM Cloud solutions for prospective clients. * Participate in pre-sales activities, including client presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development. * Assist in the creation of bid responses, solution proposals, and other sales collateral. Continuous Improvement: * Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle HCM Cloud technology and share knowledge with the team. * Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal methodologies, tools, and best practices., If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service) To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
