## About the Role

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data reconciliation, reporting, and working with large datasets
 * Experience with POS, inventory management, or seed-to-sale systems
 * Experience creating and interpreting inventory, sales, or operational reports
 * Strong working knowledge of cannabis products, categories, brands, terminology, and common product formats
 * Experience working in the regulated cannabis industry, preferably in dispensary, inventory, manufacturing, or purchasing operations
 * Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
 * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
 * Strong written communication skills, including the ability to create clear, accurate customer-facing product information
 * Ability to independently manage multiple systems and high-volume workflows
 * Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple departments, * Dutchie POS and E-Commerce experience
 * NMS2S or other cannabis seed-to-sale/track-and-trace experience
 * Experience with purchasing, product assortment, vendor management, or inventory forecasting

## Description

Glenrio Smoke Stop is a high-volume New Mexico adult-use and medical cannabis dispensary. We are seeking a highly organized, systems-minded Cannabis Inventory & Systems Manager to oversee inventory control, state traceability, POS and e-commerce systems (Dutchie), product data, and purchasing support.

This is a manager-of-function role responsible for ensuring inventory and product information remain accurate and aligned across state tracking, POS, e-commerce, and physical operations. The position is based in Austin and works closely with company leadership, accounting, marketing, purchasing, merchandising, and our onsite dispensary team in New Mexico.

This role is designed to grow into a Wholesale Buyer position, working closely with the Wholesale Buyer to develop experience in forecasting, product selection, purchasing strategy, vendor relationships, and negotiation., * Own inventory accuracy and traceability across NMS2S, POS, and physical inventory records, including reconciliation, manifests, transfers, adjustments, and discrepancy resolution.

 * Manage product intake across systems, coordinating with the onsite team to verify incoming inventory and ensuring products are accurately received and transferred through NMS2S and POS.
 * Manage POS and e-commerce, including 900+ POS products and 600+ active online listings; create and maintain product descriptions, images, categories, pricing, promotions, and other product information, and communicate catalog changes to onsite merchandising.
 * Support wholesale purchasing through inventory and product-performance analysis, order tracking, and delivery coordination, while working closely with the Wholesale Buyer to develop knowledge of product selection, forecasting, purchasing, and vendor management.
 * Provide reporting and operational data to management, accounting, marketing, and purchasing, including inventory, sales, product, and other reporting needed to support business decisions.
