Work experience may substitute for education requirement. Preferred Skills/abilities * Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment. * Minimum 3 years of experience in information technology. * Proven expertise with Microsoft Intune or other mobile device management (MDM) platforms. * Demonstrated ability to support and maintain complex software systems. * Experience working with integrated software solutions across multiple platforms. * Strong capacity to perform effectively under pressure in dynamic environments. * Familiar with hardware inventory management. * Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management abilities. * Proven success in collaborative team environments. * Previous experience with Imprivata Ground Control preferred. ## Description To conduct business requirements reviews, technical systems specifications and systems process analysis. To develop detailed selection evaluation criteria. To analyze and re-engineer business processes using industry standard tools and methods with understanding of the technical and business environments. To partner with business process experts to learn and understand problems with software.
