CDP-Specific Knowledge The candidate should have a strong understanding of: * Customer Profile Management * Identity Resolution & Identity Stitching * Customer 360 / Unified Customer Profile * Data Ingestion * Batch & Streaming Data * Schema & Data Modeling * Audience Segmentation * Audience Activation * Real-Time Customer Data * Consent & Preference Management * Data Governance * Customer Journey Data * Behavioral & Transactional Data * First-Party Customer Data, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related discipline. * 4-8 years of overall data engineering experience, with hands-on experience implementing or supporting CDP solutions. * Experience withAdobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Real-Time CDPis highly desirable. * Experience integrating CDPs with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and digital experience platforms. * Familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar activation platforms is a plus. * Understanding of PII handling, consent management, and customer data privacy regulations. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data engineering, customer data integration, identity resolution, audience activation, and cloud-based data platforms.
