## Description

* We are seeking an IT Support / Desktop Support Specialist to provide onsite and remote technical support across an enterprise IT environment for our key State client.
 * The role will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user issues while supporting computers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and collaboration/AV equipment., * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.
 * Provide support for Windows 10/11, Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word, and MS Teams.
 * Support Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
 * Assist with video conferencing, MS Teams/Zoom/GoTo, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues.
 * Maintain IT asset tracking and technical documentation.
 * Collaborate with IT teams on projects and technology initiatives.
 * Provide onsite support and travel to remote locations as needed.
 * Participate in evening/weekend after-hours on-call rotation.
 * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
