 * Exception safety
 * Experience developing software on Linux platforms.
 * Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience designing large-scale, maintainable software architectures.
 * Experience leading technical projects from design through production.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 * Ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction across teams., * Experience developing software for robotics or hardware control systems.
 * Experience with enterprise storage systems, SAN, NAS, or tape technologies.
 * Experience with networking protocols such as TCP/IP and REST APIs.
 * Experience with Boost or other modern C++ libraries.

 * Architect and implement complex software for robotics, storage systems, and hardware control.
 * Design scalable, maintainable, and testable software using modern object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
 * Develop software for Linux-based enterprise storage platforms.
 * Drive technical direction and influence architectural decisions across multiple products.
 * Mentor junior engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and technical coaching.
 * Collaborate closely with Product Management, Firmware, Hardware Engineering, Test Engineering, and Customer Support throughout the development lifecycle.
 * Continuously improve software quality through automated testing, code reviews, refactoring, and engineering best practices.
 * Lead root cause analysis of complex customer issues and drive permanent corrective actions.
 * Champion software quality, maintainability, and performance across the engineering organization.
 * Evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and engineering practices that improve product quality and development efficiency.
