Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join a premium fashion brand as an E-commerce Executive, supporting the growth and optimisation of the digital business.
Working closely with the Head of E-commerce, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless online customer experience, driving website performance, and supporting digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
The role is ideal for someone with hands-on e-commerce experience, strong attention to detail, and a passion for fashion, digital growth, and customer experience., E-commerce & Website ManagementSupport the day-to-day trading and optimisation of the Shopify website to improve customer experience and conversion.Manage product uploads, merchandising, homepage updates, landing pages, and ongoing site maintenance.Ensure product imagery, copy, and digital assets are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.Monitor website performance and support reporting on key e-commerce metrics including traffic, conversion, and customer behaviour.
Customer ExperienceOversee customer service across email and online chat, ensuring a premium and responsive customer experience.Manage returns and exchanges, resolving escalated customer issues efficiently.Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, satisfaction, and the overall online journey.
Social Media & Digital MarketingSupport the planning and execution of social media activity across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand and commercial objectives.Manage community engagement and monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform insights.
