## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in health informatics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
 * 2+ years of experience in healthcare IT, ideally in home health or hospice settings.
 * Strong working knowledge of EHR systems such as Homecare Homebase, Epic, or MatrixCare.
 * Experience with SQL, data integration tools, or health IT interfaces preferred.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 * Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS regulations, and quality metrics in post-acute care settings.

## Description

* Maintain and support core health information systems, including EHRs, patient scheduling, and documentation tools.
 * Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to analyze system requirements and workflows.
 * Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
 * Support regulatory and compliance reporting by ensuring accurate data collection and integration across systems.
 * Assist in managing user access, permissions, and training for clinical systems.
 * Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders on upgrades, maintenance, and testing.
