## About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to support a federal government customer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering robust cloud-based software solutions and must demonstrate advanced proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Triggers, Workflows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)., * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

 * Minimum of 7 years of software development experience
 * Minimum of 4 years of advanced, hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
 * Proven ability to design and implement complex Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs
 * Strong knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, with the ability to customize multi-channel user experiences
 * Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative tools
 * Solid foundation in software engineering principles, including object-oriented design, data structures, relational database design, and design patterns
 * Demonstrated leadership in technical discussions, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
 * Experience in Agile development environments, including participation in sprint ceremonies and iterative delivery cycles
 * Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or other advanced Salesforce certifications strongly preferred
 * Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
