## About the Role

They do not need to maintain Drupal 7 long-term - but they must understand Drupal 7 well enough to translate old patterns into modern Drupal 10+ best practices.Must Have Skills:

 * Strong Drupal 10+ development experience (custom modules, configuration, best practices)
 * Working knowledge of Drupal 7 (how custom modules/hooks/themes worked)
 * Can convert Drupal 7-era custom functionality into Drupal 10+ equivalents
 * Strong PHP (object-oriented), MySQL, and general web fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS)
 * Experience with Composer, Drush, and Git
 * Experience working in a Linux environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

 * Drupal 7 * 10 migration or modernization project experience
 * Experience with Drupal Migrate API
 * Twig theming experience
 * Experience working in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Linux environment.
