## Description

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day data center operations, ensuring high availability, security, compliance, and efficient delivery of infrastructure services. Leads operational teams, manages escalations, and coordinates maintenance, upgrades, and facility activities., * Lead and coordinate data center operations, including server, storage, network, and middleware support.

 * Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and escalations to meet SLA targets.
 * Oversee installations, decommissions, migrations, and capacity planning.
 * Ensure compliance with operational, security, and audit requirements.
 * Coordinate maintenance activities, patching, and infrastructure upgrades.
 * Manage vendor relationships and support onsite logistics.
 * Maintain operational documentation, inventory, and asset records.
 * Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to data center technicians and engineers.
 * Maintain, manage and support client facing relationship with Datacenter Director.
