## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field required.
 * Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in business analysis, agricultural operations, project coordination, executive administration, or a related field.
 * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
 * Experience with ERP or maintenance management systems (Infor preferred).
 * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report and presentation preparation.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
 * Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.

What Will Set You Apart:

 * Experience with Tableau or Power BI experience.
 * Bilingual English/Spanish.
