## About the Role

* 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
 * High School Diploma or GED equivalent, * 5+ years Project Management (primarily Kanban or Scrum) experience in an enterprise IT system environment.
 * Demonstrated expertise in coaching at team level and broader levels (coaching in kanban/scrum/delivery methodology related topics)
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant field of study preferred.
 * Proven experience driving enterprise change in large organizations.
 * Proven track record of establishing continuous improvement practices.
 * Competent in process design, documentation, and implementation.
 * Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word.
 * Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
 * Advanced expertise in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
 * Handles ambiguity and changing priorities effectively.

## Description

Brooksource is seeking a Information Technology Delivery Lead This role supports Invest Technology delivery as a process subject matter expert in project management, system development and program management. Responsible for supporting the team through consulting, communication and education.

The Work Itself

 * Provide program management support for several initiatives [i.e. large scale technology buildouts, migrations, etc...]
 * Deliver solution that accomplishes business objectives with on-time delivery and exceptional quality.
 * Conceptualize process enhancements to increase project delivery effectiveness.
 * Instill innovation and continuous improvement practices in teams.
 * Manage team(s) quarterly commitments.
 * Manage change with stakeholders appropriately.
 * Provide adequate, on time reporting of outcomes and progress toward them.
 * Execute the communication and adoption plan including training sessions as needed.
