## About the Role

Do you have experience in Scrum?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role in technology transformation programs.

 * Demonstratable experience in defining and implementing best practice Agile ways of working and transitioning legacy teams into these structures
 * Ideally experience in one or more of the following technologies, Zorrin, Heroku, Remedy, IBM Infomix, and Microsoft Azure.
 * Ideally experience the highly competitive markets of over-the-counter bill payment solutions, secure transaction processing, and retail payments.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
 * Proven ability to design, plan and facilitate effectively workshops both with the Scrum team and other stakeholders.
 * Happy to be hands-on, and confident in writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
 * Extensive experience of working in an Agile environment with a focus on fast-paced delivery.
 * Significant experience in acting in a product ownership sole (5 years+), with a proven background working with agile development squads.
 * Experience of working in Scrum teams using best practice.
 * Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; OR equivalent professional experience.
 * Scrum or SAFe or equivalent Product Owner qualification
 * Post Office industry relevant experience
