We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java middle-tier services and client-facing web applications and a proven ability to design, build, and support scalable, stable solutions within Agile SDLC., * Proficiency in Java for back-end and middle-tier development.

 * Good analytical and problem-solving skills for software design and development.
 * Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
 * Prior .NET experience and willingness to work with .NET Core as needed.
 * Experience level: 5 to 7 years in relevant IT roles.

Preferred Skills:

 * Agile/Scrum delivery experience and SDLC representation.
 * Exposure to Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and performance monitoring.

## Description

* Design, develop, enhance, test, support, maintain, and debug middle-tier services and client-facing web applications.
 * Utilize modern development technologies to meet business requirements.
 * Provide strategic technical direction and define system architecture for initiatives and the technology stack.
 * Represent the technical team within Agile SDLC processes.
 * Collaborate with external programming teams to deliver software on time and within budget.
 * Monitor and improve the stability and performance of existing applications.
