The AFC delivers managed security services to clients across all industries through its Client Engagement, Engineering Operations, and Detection & Response teams. The Cyber Operations Advisor (Identity Security) is a senior technical leader and trusted advisor responsible for driving measurable Identity Security outcomes, operational maturity, and client value. The COA combines deep Identity expertise with advisory and operational leadership capabilities to lead client engagements, develop strategic roadmaps, improve service performance, and drive continual improvement across Identity Security services. Acting as the primary technical voice for assigned clients, the COA translates business requirements into actionable Identity strategies while partnering with engineering and delivery teams to enhance security posture, operational effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
