Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must. Ability to effectively interact with customers and all levels of the organization. * Ability to engage 3rd-level resources to report detailed errors and user experiences and lead technical bridges during system outages. * A four-year college education emphasizing computer science, engineering, telecommunications, business administration, or a related technical discipline. ## Description As a Network Operations Infrastructure Analyst (NOC - Senior Specialist) you will provide support for technical processes and operations associated with the Automobile Club of Southern California's (ACSC) national telecommunications and computing infrastructure. The ACSC NOC supports critical business functions and processes throughout the company on a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week including holidays. The primary focus is on maintaining the highest levels of systems availability, performance, and overall customer satisfaction.
