We're looking for someone who knows how to figure things out. You should have: * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Experience supporting Windows and macOS * Experience supporting computers, printers, phones, networking equipment, and classroom technology * A basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and switches * Strong communication and customer-service skills * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing your cool * A willingness to learn, experiment, and tackle unfamiliar problems * Ability to lift 30 or more pounds and work from a ladder Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, Hyper-V, GPO, Unifi, Google Workspace, cybersecurity, or other IT administration tools is a plus. An associate's or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but experience and demonstrated ability matter too.
