The Developer will work across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and related Microsoft 365 tools to automate manual processes, improve information visibility, and reduce administrative burden., * 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. * Certifications: PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant; PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst; PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate; PL-100. * Demonstrated experience developing production-grade Microsoft 365 solutions. * Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 services. * Strong technical documentation and training capabilities. * Ability to document user and business processes. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical audiences. * Strong organizational and customer-service skills. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. * U.S. Citizenship required. * Ability to successfully complete the required Government background investigation, * Previous experience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA). * Experience working in a DoD, military healthcare, or federal healthcare environment. * Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies. * Experience developing solutions in highly regulated or security-conscious enterprise environments. * Demonstrated ability to identify innovative solutions to complex operational problems., * Bachelor's (Required), * Power BI: 3 years (Preferred) ## Description * Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvement, and improved data visibility. * Design, develop, configure, and maintain production-ready solutions using: Microsoft Power Apps (including Canvas and Model-Driven applications);
