This includes but is not limited to Windows servers/VMs, network controllers, managed switches, APs, PBX, firewalls, content filters, surveillance cameras / NVRs, door access control systems, and intercom systems. The Sr. Systems/Network Engineer will also support and troubleshoot escalated issues that our on-site support technicians may encounter, which includes complex desktop support issues. Given our breadth of clients, you must be able to quickly gain familiarity with managing and configuring network equipment from multiple manufacturers. You must have the ability to resolve problems efficiently on your own with little to no supervision. The Sr. Systems/Network Engineer needs the ability to communicate clearly with employees and clients who have varying levels of technical knowledge.
