## About the Role

* 8-10 years of hands-on development and engineering experience, including experience in a Technical Lead capacity.
 * Proven experience designing and implementing highly available, secure, and scalable database/data platform solutions supporting enterprise workloads.
 * Strong knowledge of relational database technologies such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms.
 * Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, and infrastructure automation practices.
 * Hands-on scripting and development experience supporting database platforms, infrastructure automation, configuration management, or related engineering activities.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and automation frameworks.
 * Experience in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar enterprise development technologies.
 * Experience supporting enterprise data platforms and distributed systems.

## Description

* Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise data platform solutions.
 * Develop and implement infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management best practices.
 * Design, optimize, and maintain relational database environments, including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar technologies.
 * Build scalable automation solutions to improve deployment, reliability, and operational efficiency.
 * Design and implement highly available, secure, and scalable data platform solutions supporting enterprise workloads.
 * Collaborate with architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions.
 * Provide hands-on technical leadership, perform code reviews, and mentor development team members.
 * Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.
