Preferred: * Journeyman Electrician license OR equivalent experience. * OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E certifications. * NETA, CET, or commissioning certifications. * Experience on hyperscale data center or other mission-critical projects. * CPR/First Aid certification., * Energy Marshal: 5 years (Preferred) * Data center: 3 years (Preferred) * Commercial/ Industrial Electrician: 5 years (Preferred) ## Description * Enforce electrical safety standards and LOTO procedures. * Coordinate and monitor all project energization activities. * Review energized work plans and verify proper PPE, barriers, and hazard controls. * Conduct field audits and stop unsafe work when necessary. * Support commissioning, startup, and system turnover activities. * Maintain energization logs, one-line diagrams, and system documentation. * Assist with MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs. * Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC, and site-specific safety requirements. * Lead electrical safety meetings, toolbox talks, and subcontractor coordination.
