* Associate's degree in a relevant field
 * Technical Certificates are a HUGE plus (A+, Network +, etc.)
 * 1+ years' experience in a customer service or technical support role
 * Exemplify strong attention to detail
 * Ability to understand and brainstorm creative solutions to complex problems is essential
 * Must have strong time management skills and work productively with minimal supervision
 * Familiarity and understanding of the functions of basic computer hardware and software

You will be trained on using tools, running/making Ethernet cables, installing networking hardware, access points, wall plates, and all sorts of physical technology.

Here's an idea of some typical responsibilities:

 * Check backups, and install updates/patches remotely
 * Address alerts triggered in our monitoring system
 * Provide remote end user support for our customers
 * Set up, troubleshoot, and monitor servers and enterprise network equipment
 * Document customer IT configurations for future reference
 * Installation of firewalls, servers, access points, and computers
 * Installing of VoIP phones, servers, and PBX systems
 * Installing security cameras and NVR systems
 * Installing new patch panels, running ethernet cables, and terminating into wall ports for new office installations
 * Evaluate and learn new technologies to provide the latest and best service offerings to our customers
 * Research and implement new technology products and tools
 * Take a role in improving workflows, documentation and processes
 * Train end users on how to effectively use computer systems and components
