## About the Role

At least 3 years installing, administering, and troubleshooting McAfee antivirus, Adobe Acrobat, and other commercial business software. The McAfee and Adobe experience must appear under specific jobs in the resume, not only in a summary or skills list.

## Description

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and related peripherals.

 - Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, McAfee antivirus, Adobe Acrobat, and other commercial business applications.

 - Configure and troubleshoot Apple and Android mobile devices.

 - Support LAN/WAN connectivity and common protocols and services, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

 - Diagnose routers, switches, wireless access points, network, and infrastructure issues.

 - Support email and collaboration functions, including Google Workspace, PST files, calendars, and distribution lists.

 - Configure and troubleshoot analog and digital telephone systems.

 - Track work in the ticketing system; maintain inventory and reporting records.

 - Document system changes, technical issues, solutions, procedures, and end-user guidance.

 - Provide in-person or electronic staff training and deliver courteous customer support.
