This is a hands-on technical delivery role. Data Migration Consultants profile and analyze source data, build extraction and transformation routines, execute mock conversions and production loads, and reconcile results, working directly with clients, functional consultants, and project managers to ensure converted data is accurate, complete, and usable on day one.
