What It Takes * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline and 3+ years of scheduling, project controls, construction management, engineering, field operations, or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Experience developing or maintaining schedules for mission-critical, data center, EPC, power, industrial, infrastructure, heavy civil, or large commercial construction projects. * Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement workflows, commissioning activities, resource planning, and project execution methodologies. * Experience developing baseline schedules, schedule updates, look-ahead schedules, and recovery schedules. * Ability to perform schedule analysis, critical path analysis, forecasting activities, and schedule risk assessments. * Experience collaborating with project management, field operations, project controls, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and clients. * Proficiency with Primavera P6 is strongly preferred. * Experience with Microsoft Project, Power BI, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Oracle Primavera, or similar construction management platforms is preferred. * Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP), PMI-SP, PMP, or related certifications are preferred but not required. * Strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. * Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. * Ability to travel approximately 75% and support long-term onsite project assignments throughout North America as required. Travel may include extended durations based on project assignments and business needs. ## Description As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules that support the successful delivery of hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project management, field leadership, project controls, procurement, engineering, subcontractors, and clients to develop realistic execution plans and provide visibility into project performance throughout the project lifecycle.
