## About the Role

* 10+ years in analytics, with at least 5 years leading teams.
 * Strong knowledge of analytics methodologies, including business intelligence, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
 * Experience leading analytics organizations in both traditional BI and advanced data science.
 * Proven ability to connect analytics to tangible business outcomes.
 * Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), advanced analytics (Python, R, SQL), and cloud based environments.
 * Strong communication skills-able to simplify complexity for senior stakeholders.
 * Experience with KPI frameworks, data governance, and operationalizing models at scale.
 * Financial Services experience will be preferred.

## Description

* Define and execute the analytics vision and roadmap to support strategic and operational priorities.
 * Oversee traditional analytics capabilities, including business intelligence, dashboarding, and self-service reporting.
 * Lead advanced analytics initiatives using Statistical modeling to deliver predictive and prescriptive insights.
 * Mentor analytics talent; grow a robust, diverse team with clear development and succession plans.
 * Engage senior leadership and board stakeholders; drive cultural change to embed insights in decision-making.
 * Define business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market strategy for advisor or client-facing data products.
 * Partner with advisor channels and internal stakeholders to operationalize insights within CRM, planning tools, and client workflows.
 * Track KPIs: adoption rates, revenue uplift, cost savings, retention, and data quality improvements.
 * Lead in governance councils, participate in M&A, regulatory forums, and other strategic initiatives.
 * Represent analytics in enterprise governance forums and strategic initiatives (including M&A and regulatory reporting).
 * Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, translating complex insights into clear, actionable narratives.
