Soft Skills: * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. * Detail-oriented with good organizational skills., * High School diploma or equivalent. * Associates degree preferred, Technical or Vocational courses accepted. * 2-4 years related experience. * Experience with basic knowledge of QAD a plus. * Experience with Dell Sonic Wall a plus. * Understanding of general industrial process and control systems. * Perform all tasks following industry standards and GAMP's. * Must be able to work independently and as part of the team. * Must have a good command of the English Language, both written and verbal. * Effective communication and problem solving skills and required. * Demonstrate ability to, inspection scanners and related software and applications. * Proficient using office environment software such as Excel, Word, and software related to the performance of the job. * Excellent telephone and organizational skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your technical skills and customer service abilities will make a significant impact., Technical Support & Troubleshooting: * Provide Tier 1 support for Windows 11 PCs, resolving issues related to OS, drivers, and applications. * Assist with Windows Server 2022/2023 administration tasks, including user account management and basic server maintenance. * Troubleshoot and maintain Windows Print Server and Kyocera printer configurations (driver installations, queue management, connectivity issues). * Support Remote Desktop Services (RDS) for remote users, ensuring secure and stable connections. * On-call/after-hours support PC Deployment & Hardware Support: * Perform PC builds, imaging, and deployment using tools like Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) or Windows Autopilot. * Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other IT equipment. * Assist with inventory management and asset tracking. Software & Application Support: * Assist users with TraceLink data management system. * Install, update, and troubleshoot enterprises and third-party software. * Provide basic support for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
