Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. * Current TS clearance and able to obtain SCI * Must have experience with all stages of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC): Concept of Operations (CONOPS), requirements development, design, verification and validation testing, quality assurance, system integration, and operations support; including the development of requirements directly with stakeholders, as well as the development and execution of test plans/procedures. * Experience designing, analyzing, testing, and verifying information and operational support systems for DoD customer from inception to support and operations and the ability to present technical information to numerous stakeholders. * Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and working with a team of software personnel * Excellent written and verbal skills to generate CDRLs for customer delivery. * Experience with managing and documenting system configurations. * Experience with agile development programs and supporting applications (e.g., JIRA, Mingle).
