## About the Role

* Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Computer science: others may apply
 * Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university
 * Graduation date of May 2027 or later
 * Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
 * Available to work 10-20 hours/week during the academic year
 * Available to work 30-40 hours/week during the summer semester
 * Developing the display performance metrics tool and deployment of this into our development workflow.
 * Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior standing students are preferred, Senior standing and those pursuing Advanced degrees may apply.
 * Basic engineering courses taken
 * Good communicator
 * Good time management skills

## Description

As a Part-Time Student - Product Engineering for John Deere Intelligent Solutions Remote

you will:

 * Work closely with supervisor or other engineering personnel to support product testing, design and review.
 * Support the maintenance of documentation for each design in a neat and organized fashion for approval by superior and other engineering personnel.
 * Performs other engineering tasks as directed under the supervision of an engineering supervisor or mentor.
 * Both on the job and classroom training will be provided, The terms of the applicable benefit plans, and all company actions administering or interpreting these plans, continue to control. Deere & Company reserves the right to suspend, amend, modify, or terminate the Plan(s) in any manner at any time, including the right to modify or eliminate any cost-sharing between the company and participants. Changes, which can be made at any time, are made by action of the company's board of directors, or to the extent authorized by resolution of its board of directors, or by the Deere & Company Compensation Committee. In the event of a conflict between the language of the official Plan Documents and this document, the language of the official Plan Documents will control.
