This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building reliable cloud environments, mentoring teams, and improving operational efficiency across AWS, Linux, Windows, and database technologies. Responsibilities * Support the administration and ongoing improvement of an AWS sandbox environment * Help define and document best practices for sizing, configuration, tagging, scripting, monitoring, and security * Partner with service management team members to train and guide them on AWS cloud operations * Provide technical insight to help standardize cloud environment setup and support procedures * Assist application developers with best practices for using Amazon development tools * Contribute to documentation that supports repeatable processes and operational consistency * Work across Linux and Windows environments to support cloud-related needs * Use basic SQL knowledge to support database-related tasks and troubleshooting
