## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
 * Previous inventory, materials management, warehouse, healthcare, or surgery center experience preferred.
 * Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
 * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 * Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
 * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
 * Ability to recognize and communicate inventory discrepancies or supply concerns promptly.
 * Healthcare supply, medical terminology, or surgical supply knowledge is preferred but not required.

## Description

* Receive, inspect, and put away incoming supply deliveries.
 * Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders and communicate any discrepancies.
 * Stock and organize supplies in designated storage areas throughout the surgery center.
 * Maintain appropriate PAR levels and replenish supplies as needed.
 * Monitor inventory levels and identify items that need to be reordered.
 * Monitor expiration dates, Identify and remove expired, damaged, recalled, or otherwise unusable products according to facility procedures.
 * Help prepare and organize supplies needed for upcoming surgical cases.
 * Communicate supply shortages, backorders, substitutions, or other inventory concerns to appropriate team members.
 * Work collaboratively with clinical staff to identify changing supply needs.
 * Perform other supply chain, inventory, and operational duties as assigned.
