## About the Role

* Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques in Telecom domain and IMS (4G/5G/LTE) Core networks.
 * Experience in Case Handling, including Emergency Support activities
 * Experience in Conducting root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to enhance customer experience.
 * Extensive knowledge and expertise in the IMS VoLTE domain on Nokia SBC
 * Competences and Expertise in LTE/5G system validation (end-to-end performance, KPI handling, mobile devices).
 * Deep knowledge and understanding of SIP, Diameter and H.248 Protocols including knowledge of TLS, IPSEC, RTP.
 * Solid experience with Protocol Analyzer Tools (Wireshark) and internal message flow protocols.
 * Knowledge and experience with Linux. Strong scripting skills and ability to automate manual tasks which could be easily converted to a script using shell, python.
 * Knowledge of Kubernetes, VMWare, OpenStack, Kubernetes, CBIS, CBAM, and NCS
