 * Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL administration, replication, partitioning, and performance tuning.
 * Strong AWS experience (RDS PostgreSQL, Aurora PostgreSQL, AWS DMS, AWS SCT).
 * Experience migrating Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server databases to PostgreSQL.
 * Knowledge of Python/Shell scripting, Terraform, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect or Database Specialty).
 * Experience in Banking and Financial Services.
 * Experience with large-scale cloud migration and modernization programs.

## Description

* Lead PostgreSQL database migration and modernization projects.
 * Design and implement PostgreSQL solutions on AWS (RDS/Aurora).
 * Drive database performance tuning, HA/DR, backup, and recovery strategies.
 * Lead migration planning, execution, cutover, and post-migration support.
 * Mentor DBAs and developers and provide technical leadership.
 * Collaborate with architects, application teams, and business stakeholders.
