## Description

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security industry, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 1 to join their team. As a Program Manager Tech 1, you will be part of the Security and Compliance support team, working on innovative products that are at the forefront of the industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, along with a passion for learning and applying new technologies, which will align successfully in the organization., * Interface with clients on technical and project matters from project initiation through delivery.

 * Create and maintain program and project schedules, along with status reports.
 * Develop functional specifications, requirements, and scope documents to guide project implementation.
 * Organize cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
 * Support the development of emerging security and compliance products, integrating AI and instructional design methodologies., * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge security and compliance products supporting innovative AI integration.
 * Learn new instructional design and learning methodologies in a dynamic environment.
 * Engage in meaningful projects that make a real impact on organizational readiness and security.
 * Work remotely with the possibility of working on-site at the Redmond campus if desired.
