The program is designed to connect District residents to construction employment and long-term careers in the building trades. The Role This role turns a construction schedule into a hiring plan, and a hiring plan into evidence. You will maintain the rolling forecast of what jobs are coming and when, track every resident through the pipeline, and produce the reporting that shows whether the program is working. What You Will Do · Maintain a rolling hiring forecast built from contractor and subcontractor data - occupation, anticipated openings, hiring dates, minimum qualifications, required credentials, duration, apprenticeship affiliation, and advancement opportunities · Update the forecast as bid packages are awarded; use it to drive cohort scheduling and training investment · Own placement and 30/60/90-day retention tracking; report performance against targets · Serve as liaison to the program's compliance entity on workforce metrics · Support entry of resident records into public workforce and apprenticeship registration systems, with controls preventing duplicate enrollment and double counting · Produce routine and ad hoc reporting for the client, program partners, and oversight bodies · Maintain data quality standards across intake, referral, and outcome records
