## About the Role

* Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application, or operation.
 * Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
 * Industrial Automation/Automatic Control: Knowledge of automatic control systems, processes and methodologies in a manufacturing environment; ability to support implementation and maintain automatic production systems/processes to improve productivity and efficiency, as well as minimize human intervention.
 * Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
 * Quality Management: Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization.
 * Robotics/Computer Controlled Machinery: Knowledge of robotics technologies and computer controlled machinery; ability to operate robotics and computer controlled machinery in an automated manufacturing environment.

## Description

We manage and operate a warehouse facility that provides pick and pack, sequencing, inventory management, and daily production support.

For this role you will be supporting automated machines and ensures success in the utilization of automation within the operations team.

Your Main Responsibilities:

 * Perform routine and preventive maintenance on automated machinery, robotics, and control systems.
 * Respond to automation-related breakdowns promptly to minimize production delays.
 * Maintain documentation of repairs and adjustments per compliance requirements.
 * Work closely with production team leads and engineering support for continuous improvement. Supports facility operations team in daily operation of automation.
 * Debugging and troubleshooting robotic and automated systems; supporting or leading efforts to deploy automated systems.
 * Partnering with support teams on application / software troubleshooting. Operational owner of ticket resolution and communication to stakeholders.
 * Supports training end users and operations support teams on the automated system applications. Owns local operation application support. Supports execution of standards.
