## Description

We are seeking a strong, hands-on engineer to augment the UI Horizontal team, with ownership of change management processes and responsibility for ensuring application compliance with bank policies., * Enhance and maintain existing business applications (core frameworks, trade blotters, management reporting tools)

 * Partner with global technology teams to deliver strategic solutions and reduce redundant processes
 * Support business and technology teams with product inquiries across Fixed Income, Currencies, and Derivatives
 * Maintain clear, current documentation to support business growth initiatives
 * Work closely with Front Office trading desks to diagnose, understand, and resolve critical issues
 * Navigate incomplete or ambiguous requirements to deliver durable solutions
 * Collaborate extensively with internal teams, external brokers, and third-party organizations
 * Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
 * Produce clear, concise documentation and root-cause analyses to aid resolution
 * Contribute innovative ideas and support the rollout of new products and capabilities
