 * Minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, database management, or a related function.
 * Experience developing and implementing tracking systems that are user-friendly, accessible, and capable of integrating with other applications, including Microsoft Office tools, for reporting and presentation purposes.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using reporting or visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
 * Ability to examine, clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources.
 * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to prepare clear reports, technical documentation, training materials, and presentations., * Experience supporting task order programs, professional services programs, procurement, contracts, or project controls.

## Description

The Professional Services Unit of the Engineering Operations Division is seeking a Data Analyst to support data management, reporting, and performance tracking for professional services programs. The Data Analyst will examine, clean, organize, and analyze data to measure operational, procurement, and project performance; identify trends and issues; and develop reports and tools that support informed decision-making. The position will assist with the design, development, and maintenance of tracking systems, dashboards, reports, and other data tools using applications such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and related database/reporting platforms. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving data integrity issues, transforming large datasets into clear insights, preparing technical and training documentation, and developing presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
