Discrepancies may lead to dismissal. ## Description This position is responsible for overseeing and developing scopes of work and estimates for maintenance contracts in support of the Department of Subways (DOS) operating divisions. Liaise with C&D on scope development for maintenance and support requirements for to be solicited and delivered as part of the CBTC projects. Work with DOS operating divisions personnel to develop expertise for scope writing and estimating and serve as the lead point on scope development and estimating for contracts, change orders and task orders that span across multiple divisions. Assist DOS divisions in reviewing contractual requirements, identifying and flagging scope deficiencies and working with the appropriate divisions to fill any gaps.
