* Active BCBA certification (required).
 * New York LBA license and eMedNY Medicaid number (required).
 * Strong foundation in behavioral health, special education, and applied behavior analysis.
 * Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges.
 * Confidence in data-driven decision making and treatment planning.
 * Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to engage both families and team members.
 * A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.

We are currently seeking a driven and empathetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about behavioral health and ready to make a measurable difference.

What You Will Do

 * Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
 * Lead the implementation of behavior intervention strategies with a focus on measurable progress and meaningful outcomes.
 * Analyze client data regularly and adjust treatment plans to ensure continued growth and success.
 * Partner with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to create consistent, supportive environments for each client.
 * Provide hands-on training and supervision to RBTs and clinical staff to ensure quality and consistency of care.
 * Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
