## About the Role

Strong attention to detail with experience mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and leading projects

 * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
 * Experience modernizing/refactoring legacy applications
 * DevOps experience is a plus
 * Cloud experience is not required

Meeting Notes

 * Looking for a Sr. person, even to lead her current resources on the team to help get them more organized

o Person we're replacing was super attention to detail as well as helping the juniors grow- doing their code reviews and doing them properly, + - will be leading a lot of projects, either skilling up the devs Working with business partners

 + - communication needs to be very good
 + Ability to discuss technical terms and turn it into non-technical terms
