Knowledge of programming languages that may be required: OASIS: ABAP 4GL CRM: Visual Studio, ASP.NET, JavaScript for CRM, C# (CRM Plug-ins are written in C#), CSS, HTML, XML (must imbed some of the HTML and XML in JavaScript), Business Intelligence Development studio (reports for CRM), Dynamics CRM Fetch, Plug-in registration tool SharePoint: InfoPath and SharePoint Designer (to be replaced with Qdabra in FY85/FY86) PDF conversion: Python, Excel macros TIBCO Scribe ClicData Business Intelligence platform 2. Ability to learn new coding languages and technologies. 3. Knowledge of database principles. 4. Knowledge of SAP/OASIS, Windows Operating system, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Dynamics CRM. 5. Strong written and oral communication skills. 6. Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously. ## Description 1. Updates, develops, tests, and documents computer programs, business reports and utilities applying knowledge of programming techniques, computer systems and business processes. 2. Provides programming support by analyzing current computer system programs, altering programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. 3. Consults with user to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. Reads online blogs, periodicals, and technical reports to learn ways to develop programs that meet user requirements. 4. Provides training to users in various custom programs/scripts/macros. 5. Provides documentation of programming changes. 6. Provides configuration, master maintenance, and programming support for MS Dynamics CRM system. 7. Administer SharePoint platform, including workflow optimization and development of eForm using InfoPath to streamline business processes. 8. Maintain commission-related master data in OASIS, manage POS data integration with ClicData, and provide support for ClicData. 9. Liaise with vendors and partners on EDI-related tasks, including AS2 certificate renewals and EDI software/service contract renewals. 10. Provides EDI support to Senior Programmer/Analyst by performing daily EDI checks, researching data for Customer Operations Group and/or customers, and monitoring VAN service usage. 11. Creates and update specs for customer barcodes / labels and assist as needed with barcode auditing. 12. Maintains detailed documentation, work instructions, and business process and procedure. 13.
