Adept at simplifying and explaining complex technical concepts to colleagues. * Working knowledge of financial instruments and understanding of accounting concepts. * Motivated by delivery of pragmatic solutions and long-term benefits. * Strong understanding of Bank data and source systems preferred. * Able to complete tasks on set budgetary parameters and targets. ## Description The Data Modeling and Architecture Manager leads a team responsible for partnering the Enterprise Data and Analytics Team (EDA) to deliver reporting, analytics, dashboards, and actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across the Bank. This team operates independently from the Enterprise Data and Analytics function and serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and data technology teams. The Manager is responsible for establishing priorities, managing resources, developing talent, and ensuring the successful delivery of data solutions that align with organizational objectives.
