Lenel, Genetec, C-Cure, S2, Avigilon, Genetec) and/or related IT (i.e. CCNA) certifications preferred * Global travel required as needed ## Description As a Security Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational availability of Tesla's physical security systems. Tesla's Security Team is responsible for securing a complex mix of manufacturing, retail, and corporate facilities that provide a variety of physical and technical challenges. You will apply your technical skills to ensure that global technology standards are maintained, and critical issues are resolved in a rapid manner. Newly commissioned sites will be transitioned to you and your team to maintain system uptimes until site closure. What You'll Do * Manage the intake of all service issues and end user requests within SLAs * Provide initial review of all systems-related issues and ensure that initial trouble shooting is completed prior to dispatching field engineers * Provides clear and accurate directions to field engineering teams identifying site deficiencies and directions on how to remediate deficiencies * Works closely with Security Engineering programming and commissioning teams ensuring that new sites are reviewed and validated prior to transfer of responsibility * Provides consultancy service to Project Managers to audit sites and provides data on non-compliant sites * Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and performance, reducing time to resolve and help increase service efficiency * Maintain system site documentation including service history, invoice management, site installation and service photos * Help to create and maintain knowledge database ensuring that all team members have access to relevant and accurate information
